Xc60 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the xc60 platform ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xc60 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we publish.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the xc60 platform. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Xc60 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

To use xc60 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your xc60 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. xc60 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

Identity Verification

Xc60 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

By using the xc60 platform, you agree not to:

• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or networks;
• Using unauthorised automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform;
• Distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others;
• Engaging in fraud, including making false payments, using stolen credit cards, or involvement in money laundering;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or platform offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Xc60 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting such activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

Currency

All transactions on the xc60 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not perform any foreign currency conversion. You are responsible for any conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider, where applicable.

Deposit Methods

Xc60 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including FPX (supporting all major Malaysian banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the stipulated timeframe. xc60 does not accept cash payments directly.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal procedures. xc60 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or until the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been met. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the xc60 account.

Failed Transactions

Xc60 is not liable for any losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by banks, payment networks, or technical circumstances beyond our control. Please contact customer support if you experience any transaction issues.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Xc60 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, disputed payments, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited by xc60.

Limitation of Liability

The xc60 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc60 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xc60 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of xc60 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written permission from xc60.

The xc60 platform may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
